Join us for weekly lunchtime Vinyasa yoga sessions with instructor Suzannah Bayliss.
Vinyasa Yoga keeps you active, has been shown to improve heart health and reduces stress. Whether you’re an experienced yogi, or looking to try out a class out for the first time, these sessions are suitable for all levels. Book a slot, grab your yoga mat, and head down to Design District.
