Weekly Women's Circle: Live in the Present

🌸 Join us every Friday at 4:00 PM for our weekly women's circle!

This week, we’ll explore the important topic of becoming present in our bodies and how to connect to the present moment to enjoy our lives to the fullest. Together, we’ll enjoy calming tea, engage in journaling & discussion, experience a yoga nidra meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, and light breathwork. 

All women are welcome—let's create a safe space for growth and connection! 💖

This event is donation based, any amount is appreciated. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue providing these healing opportunities for the community.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No walk ins.

What to bring:

Water bottle

Snack

Journal & Pen/Pencil

Wear comfortable clothing

Wear socks or barefoot in the studio

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.
