Weekly Women's Circle: Healing Trauma

🌸 Join us every Friday (Starting on 11/22) at 4:00 PM for our weekly women's circle!

This week, we’ll explore the important topic of healing trauma. Together, we’ll enjoy calming tea, engage in journaling & discussion, practice somatic experiencing to release trapped emotions, and experience the soothing power of sound healing.

All women are welcome—let's create a safe space for growth and connection! 💖

This event is donation based, any amount is appreciated. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue providing these healing opportunities for the community.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No walk ins.

What to bring:

Water bottle

Snack

Journal & Pen/Pencil

Wear comfortable clothing

Wear socks or barefoot in the studio

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

Note: Sound Baths are not recommended for people who have a pacemaker and other health related metal or electrical devices attached or within their body due to safety concerns and reasons.
