These weekly evening sessions are designed to support your nervous system through guided meditation, grounding practices, and immersive sound healing using crystal bowls, chimes, drum, frequency, and gentle instrumentation.
You do not need experience with meditation.
You do not need to “clear your mind.”
You do not need to perform healing.
You simply arrive as you are.
Many people spend so much time in survival mode that deep rest can begin to feel unfamiliar. These sessions are an opportunity to slow the body down, regulate the breath, and create space for stillness in a safe and supportive environment.
