Get ready for a full weekend dedicated to mastering counterbalance ✨After our recent trip to Brazil, where we had the chance to train and collaborate with some of the world’s top teachers, we’re excited to finally share this knowledge with you. Many of you have been asking for this — so we made it happen!
This weekender will focus on understanding and improving your counterbalance through carefully designed exercises and practical application. We’ve prepared a series of drills to help you build the specific strength, control, and awareness needed — so come ready to move. Sporty clothes are highly recommended😉
✨ Open to ALL dancers, no matter your dance style or level. The techniques we’ll work on are very specific and applicable to everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills.

• 16:00–16:30 – Break
• 16:30–18:30 – Workshop (Part 2)
• Dinner break
• 19:45 – Open level workshop
• 20:30 – Social dancing
