I’m Anna, a registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and chef based in Headington, Oxford. I started my career in kitchens around the world, honing my skills and collecting recipes, techniques, and kitchen shortcuts that I love to share. Later, I moved into food innovation, developing creative products and solutions for brands and projects.
Curiosity about how food affects our health led me to retrain in nutritional therapy. Since then, I’ve worked with clients, groups, and sports teams to bring practical, delicious food into their lives in ways that support health, energy, and confidence. Clients regularly tell me how my guidance has transformed the way they cook, eat, and feel.
I run cookery classes, one-to-one nutritional sessions, recipe development projects, and team workshops, all designed to help you feel confident in the kitchen and make food work for your body and lifestyle.
