Join mobile yoga studio Mind Body Badass for a weekly Wednesday Sunset Donation Slow Flow Yoga class on the lawn at Jimmy's Famous American Tavern, in San Diego's beautiful Sun Harbor Marina, Point Loma from 6-7pm! It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view for sunset. 😍🌊🧘🏻♀️
This is an accessible all-levels Slow Flow 60 minute Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome of all ages, including beginners! It's the perfect balance of feel-good stretching and strengthening.
We have a rotating schedule of teachers who are part of the team at Mind Body Badass! Check out our schedule below. This class was started by MBB founder Amy Baack in summer 2024 to make yoga more accessible to all in the wake of the recen yoga ban by the city, and this class has grown to become a must-do yoga experience in the San Diego community!
*Suggested Donation: $10-20 (pay what you can, not required), accepted via cash or Venmo by your instructor
Bring a yoga mat, a towel, sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam! Select Jimmy's Famous American Tavern (4990 North Harbor Drive) in your GPS. There is abundant parking available in the lots in front of Jimmy's (only $1.50/hr, easily pay with your phone using the signs throughout the lot).

Be sure to snag your spot early, and please Cancel your tickets if you know you will be unable to attend. All are welcome, registration and payment are never required but are always greatly appreciated. No one is turned away—all ages are welcome, we are kid- and dog-friendly.

Public restrooms available inside Jimmy's. Be sure to check out the restaraunt afterwards for food and drinks by the water! You can even get a drink from the bar to go to enjoy on the lawn.
