We’ll weave together breathwork, mindful stillness, and guided relaxation to invite deep rest and inner spaciousness.
Each session includes:

Each week offers a themed focus—such as grounding, softening, clarity, or compassion—to inspire your practice both on and off the mat.

Please note: You’ll need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.
Cost: £8 per session when booking for the full month - if there is drop-in space the cost is £10.
