End of Season ArrangementsRoll-ups will continue on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd September and on Tuesday 9th September. There will not be a Roll-up on Wednesday 9th September in order to prepare for the FUN DAY on Thursday 10 September. All members are welcome to participate in this end-of-season event which is "bowls with difference." It starts at 2pm.
Thanks very much to everyone who has participated in club Roll-ups and other events this season. The two days options has worked well and provides a steady income for the club.The committee hope that members have enjoyed the social and participatory aspects of the club activities.
Finally but most importantly the greens are being prepared for their annual refurbishment. Members are requested to help with the work, details of working parties will be posted as soon as they are available.
This work is vital if we are to maintain and continue the improvements of the last few years. All contributions will be welcome.
