Ballroom for All invites engaged couples of all backgrounds to join this inclusive Wedding Dance Workshop designed to help you feel confident, connected, and comfortable on your special day.
In this one-hour workshop, you will learn foundational movements, simple patterns, and essential partner connection techniques that will make your first dance feel natural and elegant. Whether you want something timeless and romantic or relaxed and fun, this workshop will give you practical tools you can use right away.
No dance experience required. Absolute beginners are welcome. Terrified beginners are especially welcome.
The workshop is led by World Champion dance instructor Robbie Tristan, who has over 20 years of experience teaching adult beginners and preparing couples for their most meaningful moments. Robbie is known for making couples feel at ease while helping them shine on the dance floor. He is also the founder of the longest-running Queer Ballroom dance program in New York City, reflecting his deep commitment to inclusive and affirming dance spaces for all communities.
The first dance is one of the most cherished traditions of a wedding celebration. Many couples feel intimidated by the spotlight, but with the right guidance, it can become one of the most joyful and memorable parts of your planning process.
