About this Event
We're inundated by external images—Instagram, TikTok, endless streams of content—yet our own images lay dormant. There's a part of us always trying to get our attention—in dreams, slips of the tongue, fantasies, and images that arrive unbidden. It's said we operate from only eight percent consciousness, which means there's a vast territory within us we don't yet know.
What ancient wisdom has always known, science now confirms: visualization engages the same neural pathways as lived experience. But most meditation today works top-down, willfully visualizing specific outcomes. We've forgotten how to listen—to beckon the images already alive in the depths.
Join me for NINE IMAGES, a two-day workshop of guided meditation and creative exploration. Through nine visual exercises, you'll arrive at nine images that are uniquely your own—sovereign images that carry feeling, sensation, and instinct. Together, these images will form a map to help orient your life this spring, exploring questions like:
- What desire is alive for me now?
- What circumstance am I being invited to?
- What am I letting go of?
- What have I forgotten that might serve me today?
- How am I plugging into something bigger than myself?
This in-person, two-day workshop offers an opportunity to tune to your own images, tap into new creative lifeforce, and become more innately yourself.
