In this workshop you will learn basic weaving techniques as well as enjoy fun talanoa around the pacific arts and crafts. This is a perfect session for our beginner teen and adult weavers. Bring your creativity and good vibes.

Jessie Atutolu-Tulisi is a Niuean, Tongan, and Samoan artist who finds connection to culture through movement, craft, and community. Growing up as a mixed Pasifika person, they’ve always embraced the importance of being able to learn language and culture through the arts - from dance to weaving to making traditional crafts. Their practice is rooted in sharing knowledge, celebrating creativity and creating spaces where other young mixed Pasifika peoples can explore their identities with pride.
