Join me for a curated event that acts as a time capsule for your consciousness. This is a one-of-a-kind experience I’m excited to share a powerful transmission aligned with the rapid transformation energy that’s available to all of us.
In this workshop, we will create a space for transformation together, weaving love into every area of our lives—business, relationships, self, and beyond. This is for you if you are interested in Kundalini yoga, meditation, and consciously weaving positive and healthy changes into your life.
It is open to all levels and genders, and will include deep meditations, powerful breathwork, Kundalini yoga, and dharma discussions.
We are in a powerful era where our highest good manifests when we choose the path of love. Despite numerous distractions and stresses that can divide and scare us, it is crucial to build our strength and shield daily. Staying on the path of love is a daily choice. When we stay grounded in our truth and simultaneously make space for others, despite our differences, we vibrate higher light at a cellular level, even amidst external chaos.
Engaging in heart-centered conversations with others allows us to bring ancestral fear to the surface so we can process and clear them in real-time. This is how we begin to weave a new era of love on this planet. We must realize the power we have to bring peace to the world through our daily actions and interactions, every choice we make weaves an energetic imprint in the fabric of our global web of consciousness.

About Your Host Liya Garber
After struggling in an unfulfilled life as a business executive in New York City, Liya embarked on her yoga journey to pursue self-healing, and the astonishing results kept her from ever looking back, even restoring her thyroid autoimmunity through a combination of Kundalini Yoga and the aid of experienced naturopaths. Since then, she’s been dedicated to creating a sacred space for humankind to expand their consciousness and connect the dots between mind, body, and spirit. Liya has a rare gift for teaching and establishing a joyful, lighthearted environment filled with laughter in which all students can align with their inner truths. Her studies have taken her all around the world from Guatemala to India, bringing her weekly classes, retreats, and workshops all over prominent venues across the Bay Area. Since 2020, upon founding Aura Kundalini Yoga, she has continued to take her authentic and progressive approach to her inquisitive students both locally in Northern California & internationally.
