Join the Weavers Way Farm Team at our Mort Brooks Memorial Farm site for a chat with our farmers about how we are using our new “caterpillar tunnel” hoop houses to extend our growing season and grow food through the winter. Enjoy a hands on seed planting activity. This event is FREE. ALL ARE WELCOME!
WHERE? Mort Brooks Memorial Farm at The Farm At Awbury, 6336 Ardleigh st. 19138If driving, please park on Ardleigh st. and walk past the main wooden gate past the Philly Goat Project headquarters, we’ll be right down the hill from them! There will also be a greeter at the gate to guide you down to our area. It’s a 5-10 min walk down to our space. There’s a couple porta potties on site that are a 5 min walk from where we are hosting.
