Four years since We Rise Together: For an Equitable & Just Recovery launched, we’ve learned so much together about what it takes to build new community amenities, strengthen small businesses, and increase employment in long-disinvested neighborhoods.

As we’ve worked together to advance these goals, we’ve also built community—an invaluable asset. Join us on November 20 for We Rise Together’s third annual Communities in Action convening, “Building Our Future Together.”  

At this event, you’ll hear the latest data from We Rise Together’s evaluation and discuss how this knowledge can help shape place-based investment in Chicago. From the speed and size of grants to the locations and types of new investments and programs, we’ll discuss opportunities to build on what we’ve learned to co-create what’s next after We Rise Together sunsets in October 2025.
