We Are The Harvest (Grunn) We Are The Harvest is a DIY post-hardcore and emo trio from Groningen with members of bands like AtackRobotAttack, Grinding Halt and Brito. Now they have a record. Finally. Took their fucking time though ... But they wrote, played, recorded, designed and screenprinted the whole thing themselves. They made only a limited run. so best get it tonight!
Keyword is energy. Here they aim for more dynamic variations, melodies and even some (dare we say it…) catchy tunes – but without losing intensity! They are frustrated. The world is on fire and they haven’t run out of things to say about that.
They are driven by a playful and investigative attitude towards doing things yourself. And you can hear it through their music
Slumbercloud (Grunn)
For Slumbercloud, genre is a moving target; their music is playful but aggressive, loud yet dynamically diverse, harsh and beautiful in the same breath. Born as a heavily grunge/punk-influenced project, now morphed into an inimitable mix of metal, grunge, noise rock and ambient post-rock, the band defines themselves anew with their debut full-length, SLC, released on November 8, 2024.
Karoushi (Grunn)
Karoushi is about experimental pop/post-hardcore with a sharp edge. At first this was a one man band. For a while there were two men. Then a third one joined in. Featuring folk whom played in great bands like Grinding halt, The last Mile and North to The Night. Rumour has it, they'l release some new material soon. So maybe we'l here some new tunes. Can't wait.
