About this Event
Mark Fisher’s work remains vital to anyone grappling with the political crises of the present. A compelling critic of capitalist realism, he asked urgent questions about agency, collective action, and how popular culture can keep alive visions of different futures.
This event brings together a screening of a film by Simon Poulter and Sophie Mellor on Mark’s life and ideas, an experiment in collective creativity. It will be followed by a Q&A with Andrew Branch, Alex Thomas, Ash Sharma, Simon Poulter, and Jeremy Gilbert—Mark’s close collaborator—on why his thinking still matters today.
This screening is expected to be popular. Tickets are limited.
