About this Event
Have you ever wondered how a growing city like Calgary prepares for the decades ahead? The choices embedded in long-range plans, like the Calgary Plan, guide how growth and change unfold across our communities - what gets built, and how neighbourhoods evolve over time.
Join the team behind the Calgary Plan and City Building Program for a guided walk through the University District, one of Calgary's newest and most intentionally planned communities. Along the way, we'll explore how citywide policy shapes what shows up on the ground, such as the mix of housing, the streets you walk, and the spaces between.
Learn more about the Calgary Plan at calgary.ca/citybuilding.
