As part of our 2024 Workshop Series, join us Thursday June 27th for an in-depth look at W**d identification and management practices. This information will be useful for both the curious backyard gardener and seasoned farmer!
Schedule:
1-2pm: Presentation by Katie Alexander, Extension Area Specialist – Agriculture Marketing and Small Acreage. Including a basic education of weeds that grow in the area and tips and tricks for W**d identification!
2-3pm: Join our Scientist Dr. Brad Tonnessen and Associate Max Kirks, for demonstrations of W**d management strategies including mulching, cover cropping and mechanical cultivation.
