About this Event
Mindfulness and meditation are everywhere. How does a mindfulness exercise become a meaningful practice? How does the practice become an effective part of my life? Of the world? We deal with these personal transitions in a practical and theoretical way and want to orient our meditation practice together. Playfully, lovingly, and seriously in the best sense of the word.
In this workshop, you will learn principles and ideas for meditating independently. The workshop will also help you to identify your interests—or your existing meditation practice—and discover the significance of deep practice in the present day.
What happens?
This workshop is an invitation to find new inspiration, meditate together, exchange ideas with like-minded people, ask questions, and reflect on your own practice.
During the session, we will explore simple yet profound forms of meditation from different traditions. In addition to practicing together, there will be time for questions, discussion, and sharing experiences - and we have prepared fun movement practices.
The format is aimed at both people who are new to meditation and those who want to deepen their existing practice.
We look forward to seeing you there!
