You are invited into a heart-centered gathering designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart with Joshua Earth and Steffie ji. Through Qigong, gentle yoga, guided breath and meditation, cacao, chakra toning, and devotional song (kirtan), you will be guided into a grounded state of loving awareness and compassion toward yourself and others. This experience supports relaxation, heart opening, and a deeper sense of presence and connection within yourself and with others.Time: 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
Please bring the following with you:
-yoga mat
-any cushions or backrests if desired
-comfortable clothing
-water
-blanket (optional)
-journal (optional)
