Hearts at Play- An Afternoon of Improv Games & Sound Healing
This Valentine’s Day afternoon, Rebecca White Raven and Kevin Guerette invite you to Hearts at Play — a relaxed, community-focused gathering that brings people together through laughter, creativity, and rest.
We’ll begin with simple, playful improv games led by Kevin, gently inviting connection, presence, and ease in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No performance or experience is required — participation is always optional, and you’re welcome to engage at your own comfort level. The afternoon will then transition into a gentle sound healing facilitated by Rebecca, offering space to slow down, relax, and settle into a sense of open-hearted calm.
Hearts at Play is open to everyone — singles, couples, friends, and neighbours — and celebrates all forms of love, including friendship, community, and self-care. Come as you are and enjoy an afternoon of playful connection and collective grounding.
Please wear clothing you can move comfortably in, and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else you’d like to support your comfort during the sound experience.
