Waves of Awareness is a hypnotic, tribal-infused journey built around three guided rounds of 4:4 rhythmic breathing, supported by earthy percussion, atmospheric tones, and a steady, grounding pulse. This session gently unwinds the nervous system, dissolves emotional tension, and reconnects you with a deeper sense of inner ease and clarity.
Suitable for both new and experienced breathers, this journey invites you into a state of calm, presence, and subtle transformation.
