In a wintry woodland, in the dark of night, a young fox talks to the wise old moon about the things that truly matter. Their conversation continues through the seasons...

Stacey will be in conversation with Steph Jeavons. Steph is an adventurer, speaker, and author of 'Home By Seven: One Woman’s Solo Journey to Ride All Seven Continents on Two Wheels'. Possessed with a fearless determination and a passion for exploration, Steph became the first Briton to ride a motorbike on all seven continents including Antarctica. Her story is one of resilience, courage, and self-discovery, echoing the spirit of hope and mental wellbeing we celebrate here at Fox Under The Moon.
