Join Dru Yoga Teacher, Jill Blandford, and Sound Therapist, Steph Healy, for a special Winter weekend retreat at ‘Noddfa’ in Penmaenmawr, North Wales. 🏔️
A gentle fusion of yoga and sound healing, to complement this time of the year when the light is decreasing and the last of the leaves are falling, as nature moves into wintering. A time for softening into stillness, to reflect and evaluate all that we have learnt since the warmer months.
🏔️
A chance to pause, ground and realign to the Life Force.
🏔️
The weekend will include yoga, meditation, sound and gong baths, free time to explore the wonderful grounds, (if you are feeling brave) a swim in the sea and lots of delicious food in the peaceful retreat space. We will be working with Yin and Yang energies to find balance & harmony - enjoying flowing movement & moments of beautiful stillness through meditation & breathwork. We will leave the weekend feeling both energised & peaceful!
🏔️
There is space for 14. All are welcome.
🏔️
The cost of the weekend is: £340 . A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.

“Noddfa’’ is a Welsh word meaning refuge, a place of welcome and peace, a place where you can regain energy. It is also the name of the centre, run by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Mary. Located on the North Wales coast in Penmaenmawr, which sits in the foothills of the wonderful Snowdonia National Park. You can take walks in the hills behind us to clear your head or take a stroll on the beach, just a ten minute walk away and enjoy the sounds of the sea and the wind while clearing your mind and relaxing.” http://www.noddfa.org.uk/
