Come along to this Watershed Journaling Workshop, where I will teach you my favourite creative journaling techniques to reduce stress/anxiety/worry - all whilst raising your frequency and enjoying the creative journaling process!
Watershed Journaling is a process I have taught in various Watershed Journal programs, over the last 10 years. It has a profound impact on stress levels and allows for processing of life's challenges in a different way. It is very therapeutic, and very healing. Come and try it out for yourself <3
This workshop will include:
➡️ An initial group chat around the process with various examples
➡️ An A4 Art Journal to keep, and all supplies to create with during the workshop
➡️Time to create and put into practice the process - this will be a lot of fun! This gives you ample time to ask questions, and enjoy the company of the others in the group
➡️ Tea/Coffee & biscuits throughout the workshop
➡️ We will finish the workshop off with a guided meditation, designed to unleash your most creative self!

➡️ Investment in yourself is $120 and all materials supplied
➡️ Payment is required to secure your place - payment plans are available, however a non refundable $70 deposit is required to secure your place and all payments to be finalised by 25th April

➡️ Location is Morley - this will be run from my home in Morley, if you are looking for a formal and structured workshop then this won't be for you. Also, by running this workshop from my home - it enables me to keep the costs low for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
➡️ If you pull out of the workshop 7+ days prior to the workshop, you will be refunded in full
➡️ If you pull out of the workshop within 7 days before the workshop, you will forfeit payment made UNLESS we can find someone to fill your spot, which will mean a full refund for you
➡️ If you are a no show to your workshop (due to sickness or other), or if you forget, please note that you forfeit monies paid and no alternative will be offered
