🌊 Waterfall Sound Bath - Sacred River Retreat Breathe, soften, and let the sound of flowing water carry the weight from your shoulders.
At Sacred River Retreat (within Glasgow Spiritual Centre – Shotts), you’ll settle beneath the cedar pergola & around the water beside our cleansed waterfall and gentle river.
Wrapped in blankets by the fire, you’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey with bowls, chimes, drum and voice to calm the nervous system, ground your energy, and invite deep rest.
What's Provided Blankets, heated areas, mats, bolsters, cushions (feel free to bring your own if preferred).
All areas are cosy, sheltered, and prepared to ensure your comfort regardless of the forecast.
The sound bath is seated if you choose to sit under the pergola area which has heaters.
Should you choose to lay down using mats provided, this takes place on the decking or around the waterfalls you are very welcome to.

Good to knowHosted outdoors at Sacred River Retreat with access to indoor facilities at Glasgow Spiritual Centre – Shotts. Dress warmly and wear suitable footwear (natural stone paths/grass). Blankets and heated areas provided.
Large memory foam mats to lay on for your comfort.
Suitable for beginners just bring yourself, a bottle of water, warm clothes and an open heart.
