About this Event
Hello everyone! We are hosting a free, interactive, and family bonding event for you and your kids to take part in over the weekend! EmpowHER, a youth-led non-profit organization, is hosting a free, in-person interactive art exhibit that celebrates local Waterdown artists and creativity within the community.
Rooted in Expression is a hands-on, engaging event that will feature artist showcases, live sketching sessions, collaborative art pieces, and interactive art activities that invite attendees to create and connect (We will provide paints and supplies free of cost!) This is a great opportunity for your kids and families to support local artists and partake in fun community bonding activities! Light refreshments will also be provided.
NOTE: Volunteer hours are available for high school students who attend for the full duration of the event.
