A three-day arts symposium exploring haptic (touch-based) technologies, accessibility, and multisensory artistic practices.
About this Event

The Haptic Horizon Arts Symposium is a three-day event exploring how haptic (touch-based) and multisensory technologies are reshaping artistic creation and accessibility.

Co-presented by Centre[3] Arts and VibraFusionLab, the symposium brings together artists, technologists, researchers, and accessibility practitioners through talks, exhibitions, performances, and hands-on workshops grounded in disability-led perspectives.

Taking place February 27–March 1, 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario, Haptic Horizon invites participants to experience art beyond the visual and auditoryβ€”through vibration, touch, and embodied engagementβ€”expanding how creative work is created, shared, and understood.
