About this Event
Description
Are mornings really the best time to exercise?
Should I eat three meals, six small meals, or just one?
Can I skip breakfast?
Is 9:00 p.m. really the best time to sleep?
If you’ve asked yourself any of these questions (or similar ones), we invite you to join us for Lunch with the Doc!
Held at the Really Living Centre, this casual, family-friendly community event features:
- A delicious plant-based lunch provided by Paradise Fields Farm
- A practical, evidence-based health talk by Paradise Health Clinicians
When it comes to your health, the when is just as important as the what.
In this session, you’ll gain clarity on key lifestyle questions and walk away with practical steps to help optimize your daily schedule for better health and healing.
We believe that Healthy Living is Really Living, and we can’t wait to see you on Saturday, February 28th at 1:00 PM!
All are welcome to join us earlier at 11:00 AM for our church worship service.
