About this Event
IN-STORE WORKSHOP:
Watercolor Open Studio sessions are three hours per session, administered by Jim Warner, and provide personalized direction and any number of watercolor painting techniques and skill development.
The class is limited to 10 students to allow Jim to give each person individual attention and help. Jim will not be teaching lessons, but will give mini-lessons during each session as he helps each student with their paintings. Jim will be also painting a painting on his own that students can observe.
Students can paint their own choice of subjects or Jim can provide a subject to paint. Students can alternatively bring a painting they have been working on; and, if desired, Jim can help them with it or critique it. This is recommended for people with some experience with watercolors. Jim also separately teaches a periodic 4-week Watercolor Bootcamp, which provides a deep immersion into the fundamentals of watercolor.
Available Session Dates and Times:
9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Wednesday, September 25
9:30 am – 12:30 pm
About the Supplies:
Participants are responsible for bringing their own materials for the workshop. There is no specific set of supplies required for open studio sessions, since each attendee will have different supply needs for their own painting project.
