Get ready to whip up some delicious blueberry-spice jam and learn the art of water bath canning in a fun, hands-on session!About this Event
Blueberries are exceptionally good for you becausethey are nutrient-dense "superfoods" high in antioxidants (specifically anthocyanins), fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K. They promote heart health, improve brain function, aid in blood sugar management, support digestion, and help reduce inflammation and combat premature aging.
In this hands-on class attendees will learn how to make their very own blueberry jam using the water bath method. If you are new to canning, this is a wonderful opportunity to gain skills that will allow you to enjoy the fruit all year long.
