About this Event
It will be a fun personal development event focused on wellness and character-building!
The event will include music, refreshments, and supplies. You will take home a gratitude jar!
Arts and crafts are great for stress and tension relief and for releasing creativity. I decorated a mason jar the way I wanted. Then, I placed a pen inside and some sticky notes outside the jar. Every time something pleasant, fun, or new happens, you put it on a sticky note and put it in the jar.
During the year, use the jar to capture all the positive moments in your life. At the end of the year, we often forget about all the wonderful things that happened to us, which makes us negative and hopeless. The gratitude jar helps you switch your focus from negative events and things to positive ones. Also, it is a keepsake to remind you how you spent your years.
