Globe Hall Presents Wasia Project on Saturday, October 12 -- Wasia Project are sibling duo William G. Hardy and Olivia Hardy. Their mixed British-Asian heritage and musical upbringing have inspired their global approach to pop, melding styles and influences that cut across genre lines. In their songs, bedroom DIY combines with classical intellect, soft disco melds with freewheeling jazz, in a merging that’s underpinned by the duo’s deep knowledge of distinct musical styles. In 2023 the band took their captivating live show on the road including appearances at Latitude Festival and Standon Calling. They recently completed a sold out 7-date 2024 UK headline tour and have just supported Tom Odell on his EU tour. They are embarking on their debut US tour supporting Icelandic jazz sensation Laufey this April, followed by two headline dates in LA & NY thatsold out in seconds.
