The INSPIRE Women’s Business Conference 2026 is a premier statewide full-day event hosted by the in partnership with the Thurston EDC. It is designed to empower and elevate women entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals across Washington State, the conference will welcome up to 260 attendees for a full day of education, collaboration, and connection focused on strengthening small businesses and expanding economic opportunity for women-owned enterprises.
INSPIRE 2026 will feature 18 speakers and industry experts delivering educational content through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and six breakout sessions covering topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, procurement, resilience, business growth, and professional development. In addition to educational programming, the conference will host 20 vendors and community resource partners, creating opportunities for attendees to connect directly with organizations and businesses that support entrepreneurial success. Attendees will also participate in structured and informal networking experiences designed to foster mentorship, collaboration, and long-term professional relationships.
The conference experience is intentionally designed to combine high-impact learning with meaningful community engagement in a professional and welcoming environment. Catering and hospitality services will be provided by Bite Me Catering, supporting an atmosphere that encourages extended networking and attendee engagement throughout the day. INSPIRE 2026 reflects a collaborative regional investment in women’s economic empowerment by providing accessible education, business resources, and relationship-building opportunities that help entrepreneurs and professionals start, grow, and sustain successful businesses.
