About this Event
Get some exercise, reduce stress and join like-minded women on a journey of safety, confidence, and empowerment with dedicated classes and exclusive training opportunities. Fight Club is an ongoing, monthly, women's self-defense program covering: striking, ground defense, takedowns and sweeps, throws, escapes, defense against weapons and so much more! Each 45-minute class includes a warm-up and stretch and focuses on one self-defense skill or technique. Techniques are taught in a revolving curriculm and you can take as many or as few classes that you like. Morning Power & Peace Classes are a slower form of Fight Club Classes and are especially good for those dealing with stress, anxiety or trauma.
- Dedicated Fight Club training every Monday 6:45pm-7:30pm and Wednesday 7:45pm-8:30pm.
- Power & Peace Classes held Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30am-10:20am.
- Attend any or all classes
- Your ticket covers one month of unlimited classes.
- You can renew each month.
- To sign up, pick the date closest to the date that you want your month to start.
