🌟 Program Overview
Most of us know the famous saints — Francis, Anthony, Teresa — but countless quiet saints have shaped spiritual history in powerful yet hidden ways. Their lives, full of unusual stories, radical compassion, and everyday holiness, offer guidance that speaks directly to modern struggles: feeling overwhelmed, losing clarity, seeking peace, or rediscovering purpose.
Walking with the Quiet Saints is a gentle yearlong program that introduces you to lesser-known saints whose wisdom, courage, and spiritual insight have often been overlooked. Each month we explore a different obscure saint whose life holds a unique lesson for how to live with more intention, peace, compassion, and spiritual groundedness.
Every class includes:
A teaching on a lesser-known saint
A life lesson or spiritual practice drawn from their story
A simple interfaith prayer or meditation
Time for reflection and healing
August 16 — St. Genevieve of Paris (Often overlooked internationally)
Theme: Inner Strength & Community Protection
Genevieve saved Paris through prayer, intuition, and steadfast leadership. Her message teaches us how one calm, centered spirit can bring peace to an entire community — and how trust in our inner guidance can shift outcomes.
September 20 — St. Brigid of Sweden (Not to be confused with Brigid of Ireland)
Theme: Divine Inspiration & Household Peace
A mother and visionary, Brigid of Sweden emphasized spiritual renewal within ordinary home life. She shows us how divine inspiration often rises through daily tasks, caregiving, and creating peaceful rhythms in our personal environment.
October 18 — St. Columba of Spain
Theme: Spiritual Boundaries & Personal Integrity
A young woman who chose fidelity to her spiritual path over social expectation, Columba represents courage in the face of pressure. She teaches us to hold firm to our beliefs and maintain energetic boundaries with clarity and grace.
November 15 — St. Gertrude the Great (Undervalued mystic)
Theme: Heart Wisdom & Divine Friendship
St. Gertrude experienced profound visions centered on compassion and divine love. Her teachings encourage us to open our hearts, deepen our inner listening, and cultivate a warm, personal connection to the divine.
December 13 — St. Melangell of Wales
Theme: Protection, Sanctuary & Winter Quietude
Known as the patron saint of hares, Melangell created a sanctuary for all beings seeking refuge. Her gentle spirit reminds us to slow down, protect our peace, and embrace winter as a time for rest, renewal, and sacred stillness.
