About this Event
Since it was founded in 1826, UCL (University College London) has been a place for different views and ideas, attracting people from all over the world.
Our guided walking tour offers visitors a unique opportunity to discover and rediscover the people and places that have shaped our iconic Bloomsbury campus.
The tour blends historical facts and moments with the stories of people who studied and worked at UCL over the past 200 years, showing how their ideas and discoveries have changed the world. From our progressive founders and first female professor to medical trailblazers and student activists, discover how UCL’s community has shaped and continues to shape society.
Join us and experience UCL and London in new and unexpected ways.
The Bloomsbury campus walking tour has been created for UCL’s Bicentenary in collaboration with the following teams: Campus Experience, UCL200 and Museums and Collections.
