Get your morning started right with Blue Zones Project® Scottsdale by joining our free 10-week Walking Moai - a fun, welcoming group walk inspired by the world’s longest-living cultures.
We’re heading out early to take advantage of the cooler morning temps while enjoying the charm of Old Town Scottsdale. This easy, social walk is perfect for all experience levels and a great way to build healthy habits alongside great people.
🗓 When: Every Wednesday at 7:30 AM, starting April 8 (for 10 weeks)
⏰ Time: 7:30 - 8:30 AM - our walk lasts about 1 hour, with time to gather, chat, and ease into the day together.
📍 Where: Marshall Way Bridge (South) in Old Town Scottsdale
🚗 Parking: Plenty of nearby parking available - easy and convenient for a quick start to your morning!
