Doreen Pollack, Master Gardener & Volunteer with UofA Maricopa County Cooperative Extension , will share how easy it can be to grow big flavors in small spaces!
Plant It, Pair It, Plate It brings together the essentials of small-space and container gardening with a fun, fresh cooking demo. Learn which vegetables grow best together, how to maximize your backyard or patio garden.
Then enjoy a live cooking demo with Nate Diemer, Chef & Program Coordinator for Urban Agriculture at the UofA Maricopa County Cooperative Extension who will show how to turn your home-grown ingredients into something delicious you can recreate at home.
UofA Scottsdale Center is located across from Fashion Square Mall, above Culinary Dropout. Free underground parking is available. Park near Elevator B and go to the 2nd level.
