If you’ve never practiced a standing or walking meditation, don’t worry. All you have to do is follow the instructions.
You’ll begin in the standing position, with your eyes closed and your hands over your heart. You’ll disconnect from the outer world – to go within. Then, you’ll walk with your eyes open; sensing the space around you; opening your awareness; moving into trance; stepping into a new world.
