Walk Talk Kernow’ is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others who are also experiencing grief.Join us for our stroll through the Lost Gardens of Heligan and back to the café for refreshments. The walk is approximately 1 mile, through the gardens.
Meeting point at the tables on the right before the ticket office at 10 am for registration.
Ample parking available.
Suitable clothes and footwear essential, depending on the weather.
Please ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign our registration form to this effect.
** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **
