I invite you to share a session of Reiki & Sound Bath followed by a walk around Dunmore Village. Surrounded by the calming sounds of nature, such as the whisper of the breeze, the rustle of golden and scarlet fall leaves, and the chirping of birds. Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature. Enjoy the peace of nature while you unwind, re-establish your breathing, and take in the healing energy all around you. As you enjoy reiki and a sound bath, allow your body and mind to relax and your inner calm is restored with each sound and breath.
The morning will start with a short 0.8 mile walk. We will relax and get comfortable in nature.
The walk in total is 3.5 mile and including reiki and sound bath this will last around 2.5 hours.
