A wellbeing challenge for women’s health
About this Event

Join Walk and Talk, our fundraising challenge designed to spark open and honest conversations about women’s health.

Why Walk and Talk?

Awareness of women’s health is growing, yet 65% of women still feel uneasy talking about health issues. Walk and Talk gives you a chance to slow down and have these conversations in a supportive, comfortable space. Walking side by side outdoors not only makes it easier to open up, but being out in the fresh air, noticing your surroundings and moving together can lift your mood, reduce stress and help you feel more connected to the people you’re walking with.

This event is your chance to:
✅ Bring colleagues together for a meaningful and active day
✅ Support life-changing research, education, and advocacy

✅Network with other likeminded organisations interested in women’s health
✅ Use conversation prompts to guide open and honest discussions
✅ Raise awareness and help end stigma around women’s health

Who’s it for?

Walk and Talk is perfect for workplaces looking to spend a meaningful afternoon outside the office, for teams wanting to fundraise for and raise awareness of women’s health and for anyone who wants to help make conversations about women’s health feel easier and more comfortable.

Individuals are welcome too - bring friends, family or join solo and be part of a friendly group on the day.

· Location: Central London

· Route: A 10K walk starting and finishing at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), London Bridge
