🇳🇱 Koffie heeft meer verschillende smaaknuances dan wijn. Niet alleen de branding van de koffie heeft invloed op de smaak. De manier waarop de koffiebessen worden verwerkt en zelfs de groeiomstandigheden van de koffieplant dragen enorm bij aan het smaakprofiel van jouw koffie. Een Ethiopische koffie heeft een compleet ander profiel dan een Braziliaanse. Een lichter gebrande koffie weer heel anders dan een medium gebrande koffie.
Tijdens deze proeverij richten we ons op de basisprincipes van koffie, zodat je een stap dichter bij het vinden van jouw favoriete koffie komt.
🇬🇧 Coffee has more different flavour nuances than wine. It is not only the roast of the coffee that affects its flavour. The way the coffee berries are processed and even the growing conditions of the coffee plant contribute hugely to the flavour profile of your coffee. An Ethiopian coffee has a completely different profile from a Brazilian one. A lighter-roasted coffee again completely different from a medium-roasted coffee.
During this tasting, we will focus on the basics of coffee, bringing you one step closer to finding your favourite coffee.
