Waiting to Exhale: A Celebration of Womanhood is an immersive, pajama-friendly evening created for women to slow down, connect, and collectively release. Inspired by the film Waiting to Exhale, this experience blends reflection, rest, and community through guided conversation, wellness practices, creativity, and play.
Throughout the evening, guests will engage in candid discussions with OBGYN and mental health professionals, explore restorative wellness practices such as meditation and gentle movement, and participate in creative and playful activations designed to cultivate joy and connection. The iconic Waiting to Exhale soundtrack will set the tone, grounding the experience in nostalgia, reflection, and shared cultural moments.
The night also includes a hands-on service element, where participants will help assemble care and wellness bags benefiting Helping Mamas, creating space for collective giving and meaningful community impact.

Dress Code: Pajamas encouraged — preferably brown tones. Cozy, cute, and comfortable is the vibe.
