Waacking is a vibrant dance style that originated in the LGBT clubs of Los Angeles during the 1970s. Known for its expressive arm movements, dramatic poses, and rhythmic precision, it allows dancers to showcase their individuality on the dance floor. In our Waacking class, participants will learn the fundamental elements of the style including arm drills, footwork, and the importance of musicality. Each session focuses on building muscle memory, improving coordination, and developing a personal style. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a supportive environment where you can explore the rich history of Waacking and express yourself through powerful, emotive dance. All levels welcome!
