This month, we are joined by Natali Walker, Invasive Management Specialist at Blue Ridge PRISM (Partnership for Regional Invasive Species Management)!Learn more about invasive garlic mustard: why it is harmful, how to identify it, some ways to control it, and even how to EAT IT!
We will then head out to the trails to practice ID and removal.
This is a great way to learn about invasives while helping Loudoun County's only Nature Preserve!
Gloves and tools will be provided. Participants should wear long sleeves, long pants, and close-toed shoes, a hat, insect repellant, sunscreen, etc. Please bring water and a snack.
