School is back in session - and with it, the challenges of bullying.
For this reason, Mastery Jiu-Jitsu is hosting a Free Bully Defense Seminar for kids with no previous martial arts experience.
In this special event the participants will learn simple and effective self-defense skills, understand how to stand up for themselves against bullies and boost their self confidence.

Time: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Ages: 5 to 8 years old. No experience needed!

What if my child has no experience?
Perfect! This Seminar is designed for children with no previous experience.
What if my child is not physically fit?
No problem, all the techniques will be fun and easy to learn for children regardless of their physical fitness level.
What will my child learn?
Your child will learn several self-defense techniques as well as important boundary setting strategies from our Bully Shield program.
Do parents need to stay for the event?
Yes. We'd like parents of new students to stay and watch the event to get a better idea of what our program is all about. If needed, we'll allow parents to be partners with their kids and help them with the moves.
Will there be pizza at the end?
Yes!
What if my child loves the seminar and wants to continue?
For those who absolutely love the seminar and want to continue learning, we will make a one-time special training offer available at the end of the event.
