Volunteer Victoria's 2024 UVic Volunteer Fair Overview:
Always an enjoyable event and a great way to connect with the non-profit community in Victoria and in the doing, recruit exceptional volunteers to support the work of your agency. So please do come share the story about your wonderful organization & your volunteer opportunities, recruit student & community volunteers, and network with other non-profit agencies.
Table set up 9:00am to 10:00am. The UVic Volunteer Fair runs from 10:00am to 2pm. Table take down 2:00 pm to 3:00pm. Please note that this Fair is reserved for members of Volunteer Victoria. Not sure if your organization is a member? Please connect with [email protected] if you have any questions.
Fair Location
The Fair will be held in the Michele Pujol Room, in the Student Union Building on the UVic campus. Nearest parking is in lot #2, and there is a fee for parking. More detailed information -- site map showing your table location, information on all participating agencies, and campus map -- will be sent to all registered participants three days prior to the event date. A table, two chairs & table cloth will be provided at each "booth".
Food and Beverage
Complimentary coffee, tea & water provided. Also, there are many food and beverage vendors conveniently available in the Student Union Building!
